Mr. Livingston

I am following up on your public disclosure request for the following:

1. What recourse citizens have against trespass warnings issued under General Administration's authority;
2. The appeals process for trespass warnings;
3. How many trespass warnings have been issued under General Administration's authority;
4. How many appeals of trespass warnings issued under General Administration's authority have occurred;
5. The outcome of appeals.

General Administration does not have a formal appeal process. Therefore, there is no outcome for appeals.

The records date back to the year 2004 and based on the findings, there have been 52 trespass warnings, although, people who have been given a warning may have been cited.

Please clarify for me if I have accurately described your last requested item.
