Dear Mr. Valandra,
In accordance with the Public Disclosure Act, RCW 42.17, I am writing to request all records related to policies and procedures General Administration has about trespass warnings. I am also requesting all records related to past trespass warnings -- issuances, appeals, outcomes, etc. The records I seek contain information including, but not limited to:
1. what grounds a trespass warning can and/or will be issued under General Administration's authority;
2. what laws, rules or case law provide authority to issue trespass warnings;
3. what recourse citizens have against trespass warnings issued under General Administration's authority;
4. the appeals process for trespass warnings;
5. how many trespass warnings have been issued under General Administration's authority;
6. how many appeals of trespass warnings issued under General Administration's authority have occured;
7. the outcome of appeals.
Basically, I want to get as much stuff on trespass warnings as ya'll have, assuming it's not a truckload of paper. Let me know what you have. I can be contacted via email or phone at the addresses above.
